- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Been banking with FCB for 30 years, still owned by the same family. Been using this branch for 17 years and the service is always great. Everyone is friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. Unlike the writer of the one star review who probably works at BB&T, I have nothing to gain in my review as I am no longer in the area. If you write a review like that and don't post your name to it your a coward, a low life and most likely a liar. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I understand that there are a lot of bad banks in the world, but this first citizens is nearly ALWAYS closed. Any holiday. Every holiday. Religious holidays that include none of their employees. They always find a way to close this bank; furthermore, the only nottice that the bank will be close on, even insignificant holidays are little signs in the window suchas; sorry closed in observance of the fall festival, sorry closed in observance of groundhog day (yes groundhog day). Sorry closed for being lazy... Your much better off at the BB&T in town or in CovingtonBy A Google User, March 25, 2017
